Job summary

MB Solutions inc. is seeking an ILO Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of the U.S. Navy EOD TOA warehouse in Coronado, CA. You will direct, develop, and execute logistics plans, ensuring timely responses to urgent requirements while balancing ongoing activities.

Ideal candidates have five or more years in DoD logistics, strong DPAS experience, and a proven ability to manage high-value inventory with accuracy and accountability in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of DoD logistics experience supporting Navy EOD operations in a warehouse environment.
• Experience managing physical warehouse operations including receipt, issue, storage, shipping, and inventory accountability.
• Proficient in using DPAS for property tracking and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Direct all warehouse functions including issue, receipt, storage, shipment, and maintenance of TOA equipment and materials in accordance with Navy procedures.
• Lead inventory management, materiel readiness, and life cycle sustainment planning for EODGRU ONE units.
• Interface with Echelon IV–VI commands and ensure accurate warehouse data entry in DPAS and related Navy logistics systems.
• Supervise audits, inspections, and corrective actions related to missing/lost/stolen property, FLIPLs, and DRMO transfers.
• Provide TOA subject matter expertise to ERBs, including recommendations for refresh and replacement.
