Job summary

Responsibilities include pattern development, nesting layouts, precision cutting, and leading the fabrication station. The role demands 7+ years of cabinetmaking and strong CAD/CAM skills, with a focus on quality and on-site production.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on cabinetmaking or vehicle interior fabrication.
• 3+ years CNC router programming for wood and panels.
• Expertise in cabinet joinery, veneer, edge finishing, and substrate prep.
• Ability to build reusable patterns and CNC programs.
• Experience training or leading other fabricators.
• Ability to read drawings and BOMs, and work from a build schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop master patterns and templates from drawings and scans.
• Program, set up, and run CNC router for panels and components.
• Fabricate cabinets, consoles, and floor/trim panels in vehicle interiors.
• Lead station, train technicians, and maintain standard work.
• Inspect parts for fit, quality, and dimensional accuracy.
