Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification.
- 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
- Sales and field marketing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver exceptional results.
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
- Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
- Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
- Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
- Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
- Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
- Represent GYMGUYZ's DRIVE values in every interaction.
