Mashburn is seeking a Master Tailor for our Charlotte shop to hire, lead and execute the tailor shop strategy. You will oversee garments alterations, fittings and the teams, ensuring quality and timely turnaround while training staff.

This on-site role requires deep tailoring expertise and collaboration with shop leadership to deliver world-class customer experiences from our Atlanta, GA headquarters.

Qualifications

• Experience leading tailoring teams and operations.
• Strong knowledge of alterations, fittings and garment construction.
• Ability to train staff and maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the tailor shop team and operations.
• Hire, train and lead a team of tailors.
• Complete alterations as needed with quality control.
• Oversee customer fittings and made-to-measure processes.
• Provide ongoing training and feedback to staff.
• Ensure workflow meets turnaround expectations.
• Address customer issues and partner with shop leadership on policies.
