Responsibilities

• RECEPTION: answer phones, check in/out patients, schedule appointments.
• REGISTRATION: obtain and verify patient demographics and insurance information; update systems.
• FINANCIAL / CASH MANAGEMENT: collect co-pays and payments; reconcile daily cash.
• BILLING: generate and file charge documents; ensure accurate billing.
• PRIOR AUTHORIZATION: coordinate referrals and prior authorizations with insurers.
• Maintain records and provide backup support; cross-train with other staff.
