Qualifications
- Hold a Master Plumber License.
- 5+ years of residential plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Leadership qualities with mentoring and team growth focus.
- Clear communication and outstanding customer service.
- Valid driver's license with clean record.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, install, and repair residential plumbing systems with occasional light commercial work.
- Ensure work meets plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Mentor apprentices and support their skill development.
- Collaborate with HVAC team on integrated projects.
