Brookside Mechanical Inc is expanding and seeks a licensed, experienced, and entrepreneurial full-time Experienced Plumber to launch and grow our new plumbing division in Manchester, NH.

You will lead, mentor apprentices, perform diagnostics, repairs and installations, and collaborate with the HVAC team on integrated projects while shaping the future of our department.

Qualifications

• Master Plumber License required.
• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer-service focus.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This full-time plumbing professional works a consistent schedule with occasional on-call rotation as needed.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY AS AN EXPERIENCED PLUMBER ENTAIL?

As the Experienced Plumber at Brookside, your days are dynamic and rewarding. You'll start by leading and mentoring apprentice plumbers, helping them grow their skills and confidence. From there, you'll dive into diagnostics, repairs, and installations for residential plumbing systems, with the occasional light commercial project to keep things interesting. Collaboration is key here, and you'll often work alongside our HVAC team on integrated jobs that require both trades. Every task you tackle-from ensuring compliance with plumbing codes to delivering clear, respectful communication with customers-reinforces your role as both a leader and trusted expert.
