The position is full-time and on-site, offering growth within a franchise-based emergency plumbing and restoration company. Applicants must hold a valid Master Plumber license, have 7+ years of hands-on experience, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Master Plumber license in the applicable state
• 7+ years of hands-on plumbing experience, with at least 2 years at the Master Plumber level
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics, read and interpret technical diagrams
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Lead and perform installations for new construction and remodel projects
• Respond to 24/7 emergency calls with urgency and professionalism
• Mentor apprentices and journeyman plumbers on job sites
• Ensure work complies with state and local building codes and safety rules
• Pull permits and coordinate inspections as required
• Document work, parts, and time for billing and records
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in good condition
• Collaborate with dispatch to schedule service calls efficiently
