Our Client is a fast-growing, franchise-based emergency plumbing company that operates 24/7 across the United States. They seek a licensed Master Plumber to serve as the senior technical expert on site, diagnose complex issues, oversee installations, mentor technicians, and ensure all work meets local codes.

Qualifications

• Active Master Plumber license in the applicable state (required).
• 7+ years hands-on plumbing experience, with at least 2 years at the Master Plumber level.
• Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and best practices.
• Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and crouch/stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex plumbing systems for residential and commercial properties.
• Lead and perform installations of plumbing systems for new construction and remodels.
• Respond to 24/7 emergency plumbing calls with urgency and professionalism.
• Perform drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, video inspections, and related plumbing work.
• Mentor apprentice and journeyman plumbers on job sites.
• Ensure compliance with all codes, safety regulations, and permits.
• Pull permits and coordinate inspections as required.
• Communicate issues and solutions to customers with upfront pricing.
• Document work, parts used, and time spent for billing/records.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good condition.
• Collaborate with dispatch/operations to prioritize and schedule service calls.
