Piper Companies is seeking a Lead Master Data Analyst in King of Prussia, PA to drive planning master data integrity and governance across a global manufacturing network.

You will own MRP parameters, act as ERP/MRP SME, and collaborate across Supply Chain, IT and Planning to optimize data and processes. Strong SAP/Oracle experience and 8+ years in manufacturing environments are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning or master data governance in manufacturing.
• Advanced analytics with tools like Excel, Power BI and SQL.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle ERP; knowledge of MRP.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge is highly preferred; regulated environments understood.

Piper Companies is seeking a Lead Master Data Analyst to join a leading medical device manufacturing organization in King of Prussia, PA. The Lead Master Data Analyst will serve as a key supply chain and ERP/MRP subject matter expert, driving planning master data integrity, governance, and optimization initiatives across a global manufacturing network.

Responsibilities of the Lead Master Data Analyst:

• Establish and enforce global governance standards for planning master data, ensuring consistency across manufacturing sites and regions.
• Own and validate critical planning parameters including lead times, safety stock methodologies, lot sizes, BOM structures, sourcing rules, and capacity settings.
• Serve as the ERP/MRP SME, investigating planning system anomalies and driving root-cause resolution for excess inventory, shortages, and scheduling disruptions.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and Planning teams to implement ERP enhancements, data harmonization initiatives, and process automation improvements.
• Develop scalable master data frameworks supporting new product introductions (NPI), acquisitions, and business growth initiatives.
• Build Power BI dashboards, audit controls, and exception reporting tools to improve planning performance, data quality, and inventory visibility.

Qualifications of the Lead Master Data Analyst:

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, master data governance, ERP administration, or MRP systems within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent enterprise systems.
• Deep understanding of MRP logic, planning parameter configuration, BOM management, inventory optimization, and capacity modeling.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations with a focus on supply chain data integrity and system governance.
• Advanced analytical capabilities including Excel, Power BI, SQL, or related data management tools.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certification, Lean Six Sigma experience, and knowledge of regulated environments are highly preferred.

Compensation for the Lead Master Data Analyst includes:

• Salary range: $85,000 - $90,000
