Piper Companies is seeking a Lead Master Data Analyst to join a growing medical device organization in Audubon, PA. You will ensure planning master data integrity across ERP/MRP systems and drive supply chain performance through data governance and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated manufacturing environment.

This role requires 8+ years in supply chain planning or master data governance, strong MRP and BOM management expertise, and advanced Excel with Power BI.

Competenze

  • 8+ years in supply chain planning or master data governance within a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Strong expertise in MRP logic, planning parameter design, inventory optimization, BOM management and capacity planning.
  • Advanced Excel skills with Power BI reporting and analytics.
  • Experience with SQL, database management, or data extraction tools preferred.
  • Knowledge of FDA/ISO regulations in manufacturing environments preferred.
  • APICS CPIM/CSCP certification preferred.

Mansioni

  • Establish and maintain governance standards for planning master data across sites and regions.
  • Manage and validate planning parameters including lead times, safety stock, lot sizing, reorder points, BOMs, sourcing rules, and capacity data.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for MRP logic, ERP behavior, and planning data accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve planning system issues, shortages, excess inventory, and scheduling anomalies.
  • Partner with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, IT, Finance, and Quality teams to improve system performance and data integrity.
  • Lead data cleansing, standardization, and harmonization initiatives across ERP platforms.
  • Support new product introductions by ensuring accurate master data and planning configurations before launch.
  • Develop reporting and dashboards to monitor data quality, inventory risk, and planning effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory performance.

Piper Companies is seeking a Lead Master Data Analyst to join a growing medical device organization located in Audubon, PA. The Lead Master Data Analyst will be responsible for ensuring planning master data integrity across ERP/MRP systems, driving supply chain performance through data governance, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities of the Lead Master Data Analyst :
  • Establish and maintain governance standards for planning master data across multiple sites and regions.
  • Manage and validate planning parameters including lead times, safety stock, lot sizing, reorder points, BOMs, sourcing rules, and capacity data.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for MRP logic, ERP system behavior, and planning data accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve planning system issues, shortages, excess inventory, and scheduling anomalies.
  • Partner with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, IT, Finance, and Quality teams to improve system performance and data integrity.

Qualifications of the Lead Master Data Analyst :
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, master data governance, ERP/MRP systems, or related functions within a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Strong expertise in MRP logic, planning parameter design, inventory optimization, BOM management, and capacity planning.
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience using Power BI for reporting and analytics.
  • Experience with SQL, database management, or data extraction tools preferred.
  • Knowledge of FDA, ISO, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
  • APICS CPIM/CSCP certification preferred.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
Compensation for the Lead Master Data Analyst includes:
  • Salary range: 85,000-90,000k/year
