Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a Lead Massage Therapist in South Austin to mentor a growing team, elevate clinical standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will coach therapists, support onboarding and ongoing education, and lead by example through your own therapy sessions, while partnering with spa leadership on team development and quality control.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Massage Therapist License in good standing.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team and guests.

What We're Looking For

• Active Texas Massage Therapist License in good standing.
• Strong clinical massage skills with a client-first approach.
• Previous leadership, mentoring, training, or coaching experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for developing others and raising the standard of massage therapy.
• Experience with Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Sports Massage, or other advanced modalities is a plus.
