The Role

We seek a skilled and compassionate Lead Massage Therapist to deliver various massage services, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and specialty treatments. You will oversee the massage team, develop treatment protocols, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities include onboarding, training, mentoring, maintaining standards, scheduling, and handling client feedback to ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Valid California massage therapy license
• Minimum 5 years of professional massage experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
