We are a family owned single location business in our 15th year. Our team is exceptional and very stable. We enforce a no-drama and open communications setting. You will earn hourly, session, commissions and a spa performance bonus. Starting hourly session and training pay $32+ DOE. Add-ons, tips, non-session and training pay and other commissions and bonus additional. Paid time off, medical and dental offered with the company contribution.

Qualifications:

Two years experience as Lead Therapist or Massage School Instructor required

Perform Deep Tissue, Sport, Swedish and Maternity massage modalities, and provide no less than 3 hours of massage before a 30 to 60 minute break

Hold current CA state license to practice massage therapy

Be guest service oriented and able to communicate effectively

Comply with local and state laws/regulations

Carry personal liability insurance

Be a team player

Believe in regular massage therapy as part of a healthy lifestyle
