Job Title: Team Leader for Massage Department

Qualifications:

1. Professional, Licensed Massage Therapist with 2+ years of professional experience.
2. Friendly, customer service-oriented, team player attitude.
3. Flexibility and basic computer knowledge.
4. Experience in body treatments, scrubs, and massage techniques/modalities.

Primary Functions:

1. Providing outstanding service excellence.
2. Assisting Spa Director in the generation and enhancement of revenue.
3. Establishing and maintaining a smooth and consistent flow of general spa operations.
4. Managing retail store, inventory, and training.
5. Handling opening/closing duties; delegating to staff to maintain company and operational standards.
6. Recruiting, training, staffing, and scheduling.

Additional Requirements:

1. Satisfactory attendance and job performance history.
2. Experience working with a Point of Sale (Book4Time knowledge desirable) and answering phones in a customer service environment.
3. Preferable supervisory experience in a high-volume customer service-focused environment.
4. Spa/Salon experience is a plus.
5. Computer literate with good typing skills; Microsoft Office 365 (mail, calendar, Word, Excel) experience.
6. Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation: Position is commission-based.
