Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

We are currently seeking a skilled Lead Massage Therapist to drive success in our spa.

As the Lead Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for organizing, promoting, developing, and supervising the Massage Therapists. You will also hold all Massage Therapists accountable for providing cutting-edge, personalized, and safe treatments and services that encourage repeat business.

Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate a positive attitude and actions through courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism to customers.
2. Recruit, hire, and mentor Massage Therapists to promote career growth through training, development, and performance assessments.
3. Monitor Therapists' individual daily, weekly, and monthly revenue totals to ensure they meet or exceed goals.
4. Ensure massage therapy rooms are always maintained with supplies, clean, neat, and orderly, with fresh sheets.

Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or GED.
2. College degree preferred.
3. 3-5 years of massage experience in a professional environment.
4. Knowledge of spa and body treatments preferred.
5. Valid Massage Therapist license.
6. Participation in ongoing training or education in specific skill trades at Hand and Stone is encouraged.
