Job summary

Atticor is seeking a Lead Marketing Web Developer to own high-traffic landing pages and brand websites. You will set technical standards, ship pages weekly, and drive conversion-focused improvements across multiple brands.

You’ll work inside the marketing team, collaborating with designers and media buyers, with a focus on performance, accessibility, and scalable templates. Remote role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building production websites and landing pages with a lead/senior track record.
• Strong visual sense for typography, spacing, and hierarchy.
• Experience setting technical direction and leading site migrations.
• Experience reviewing other developers' code to improve output.
• Hands-on with landing-page platforms (Unbounce/Instapage/Webflow) and their limits.
• WordPress theme development experience (PHP templates, custom fields).
• Mobile-first mindset with fast pages (Lighthouse/Core Web Vitals).
• Proficient in GTM, GA4 and Meta/Google Ads tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own web development strategy and roadmaps for all brands.
• Define coding, performance, QA, and tracking standards.
• Mentor developers and review contractor work.
• Translate business goals into actionable web plans and report on performance.
• Build landing pages at volume using Unbounce and custom HTML/CSS/JS.
• Develop brand websites on WordPress and create reusable templates.
• Ship A/B tests and iterate on results to improve conversions.
• Ensure Core Web Vitals targets on mobile and optimize assets.
• Implement accurate tracking in GTM and preserve attribution data.
• Turn design briefs into polished, accessible pages quickly.
