Job summary

Solidgate is seeking a Lead Marketing Designer to own and elevate the brand across campaigns, events, social, and the website. You will set art direction, lead a team of freelance designers, and build scalable design processes from brief to delivery.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and content, shaping a cohesive visual language and driving fast, high-impact visuals using motion design and AI tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in design leadership roles (Lead/Art Director/Creative Lead).
• Experience leading designers or freelancers and owning briefs.
• Strong typography, composition, layout, and branding fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator; ability to prepare print materials.
• Video editing and motion skills for short social content (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Awareness of AI tools/workflows and integrating them into design processes.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and make decisions without a detailed brief.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Solidgate’s creative and brand function.
• Set art direction and uphold the quality bar across all outputs.
• Own the brand: identity, guidelines, website visuals, and brand assets.
• Create concepts for key marketing campaigns from idea to launch.
• Manage a team of contractors and grow the in-house design team over time.
• Establish a clear process for design requests from marketing, sales, and content.
