You will lead a team of junior risk managers, develop risk methodologies, and collaborate with traders, quantitative analysts, IT and finance to strengthen risk controls and reporting.

Competenze

• Advanced North America Power & Gas risk experience required.
• Exposure to other commodities or asset classes is a plus.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong quantitative and communication skills needed.

Mansioni

• Continuously monitor markets and measure impact on NAPG business.
• Analyze complex trades and trading strategies for risk signaling.
• Escalate material risks to senior risk managers with justification.
• Develop risk tools and metrics to support P&L analysis.
• Lead, mentor and develop junior risk managers and teams.
• Review limits and reporting framework for new trades and products.
• Present risk views to senior management and regulators as needed.
• Liaise with Sales, Trading, Finance, IT and Risk Management teams.
