• Drive performance in care experience, quality, regulatory readiness, and financial outcomes.
• Establish market routines to review metrics and address gaps with escalation when needed.
• Coach facility leaders and support succession planning across the market.
• Identify underperforming facilities and coordinate corrective actions to sustain improvement.
