Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing a technical engineering team including staffing, performance, and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of complex shipboard electrical/electronic systems projects.
• Direct, mentor, and develop engineers; assign work and evaluate performance.
• Represent the organization in technical matters with stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.
