The role involves leading the structural team on marine and facility projects, managing design from framing to construction, and delivering high-quality documents for municipal, state, and federal clients along the East Coast.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• Professional Engineer License required.
• 10+ years of facility/marine structural engineering experience.
• Experience producing construction documents for structural systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural team in framing layout, design calculations, and detailing.
• Develop construction documents using Revit.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget within a multidisciplinary context.
