Russell Marine LLC is seeking a General Superintendent to lead field activities on marine construction projects in Charleston, SC. You will direct foremen, coordinate with the Project Manager, and ensure safety and schedule integrity on piledriving and barge operations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in marine construction, TWIC eligibility, and a valid driver's license, with proven ability to supervise multiple crews and drive project success in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• TWIC or willingness to obtain one upon hire.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• 5+ years of marine construction experience in piledriving, pier construction, or supervision of multiple crews.

Responsabilités

• Direct field activities and oversee Foremen on marine construction projects.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to plan schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and equipment vendors.
• Train and mentor foremen and develop crew mentoring programs.
• Maintain daily job logs and attend required meetings/trainings.
• Monitor safety and environmental compliance across projects.
