You will manage project teams, develop schedules, monitor budgets, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and field operations to deliver quality results.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CM or Engineering, TWIC, 7+ years' PM experience; PMP and other certifications preferred; on-site work with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering from an accredited college.
• TWIC or willingness to obtain one; valid driver's license.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in marine/heavy civil/railroad construction.

Responsabilités

• Review project proposals and plans to determine schedule, budget, procedures, staffing, and resources.
• Manage staffing and assign duties across project phases and project personnel.
• Review status reports and adjust schedules as required.
• Prepare project reports for management, clients, or others.
• Coordinate with clients and field operations to facilitate construction activities.
