Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages all technical training delivery for Track 1 and Track 2 across both cohorts in MBAA.
• Coordinates contracted training firms; ensures curriculum quality and industry relevance.
• Support and participate in strategic planning initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
