Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Lead Manufacturing Technician in Minneapolis, MN. You will lead a team of technicians, apply technical expertise, and ensure smooth engineering processes on an on-site schedule reporting to the Manufacturing Manager.

You’ll drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives, mentor staff, and coordinate maintenance and TPM efforts to optimize production flow. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting, adherence to lean practices, and collaboration with

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with emphasis on process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment and tools, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.

As a Lead Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell, you will lead a team, provide technical expertise, and ensure smooth engineering processes. You will report directly to our Manufacturing Manager, and you’ll work out of our Minneapolis, MN location on an On-Site work schedule.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment and tools, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Ability to lead a team effectively and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment and tools, including troubleshooting and maintenance.

WE VALUE

• Substrate glass optical contact/polish experience
• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Associate's Degree in Manufacturing Technology

Hourly Pay Range

The annual range for this position is $85,000- $110,000. Please note that this compensation information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
