Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead Process Inspection at the North Grafton, MA facility. The role emphasizes ensuring quality and driving production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a union workforce.

Responsibilities include maintaining consistent standards, coordinating plant operations, and guiding a diverse team to meet safety, quality, and production metrics. This position requires early shifts and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of forging, mechanical or material science engineering, finance and business administration.
• S./ B.A (engineering discipline preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in Heavy Manufacturing (Steel making, automotive or forging preferred).
• US Citizenship or Perm Residency is required due to government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent quality standards and procedures up and down the work chain.
• Drive production through a union workforce to meet all operation metrics.
• Identify opportunities to positively impact business and operations goals.
• Manage union workforce and enforce WG quality, safety and production procedures.
