Job summary

Nombase Education is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in San Jose, CA, to oversee production operations while ensuring safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years of manufacturing experience and demonstrated leadership abilities, working closely with the production team to foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include scheduling, coaching personnel, and supporting operations directly on the production floor. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 annually, with additional health benefits and a flexible PTO policy.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations and production personnel.
• Coach, mentor, and develop employees through training.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety requirements, and quality standards.
