Job summary

Quantum Systems Inc. is seeking a Repair and Overhaul Manager to lead maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment. You will oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, while mentoring technicians.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment in electronics or electro-mechanical assembly and test.
High School diploma or GED equivalent or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Electrical and mechanical assembly experience.
Electrical and mechanical repair experience.
Experience with ISO 9001:2015/AS9100D.
Experience with hand tools including crimpers, drills, taps, torque wrenches, power tools and air tools; basic test equipment is required.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics is desired.

Responsibilities

Assess, evaluate, and conduct repairs, modifications, or overhauls on mechanical units returned by customers, ensuring they meet manufacturing specifications.
Utilize maintenance manuals, test procedures, manufacturing outlines, or blueprints as per customer specifications.
Estimate the necessary time and parts to complete repairs, modifications, or overhauls.
Identify selection and procurement of replacement parts as necessary.
Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Oversee timing, parts, and quality of work and document on relevant paperwork.
Execute preventative maintenance and process improvement.
