An established industry player is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to join their dynamic production environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with T700 Engine hardware and engage in lean manufacturing principles during a transformative phase in 2025. The Lead Manufacturing Engineering Specialist will work in a production shop environment and serve as manufacturing engineer, learning the processes, hardware, specs, and quality requirements. You will have hardware ownership as ME with T700 Engine and/or component hardware of that engine. T700 Engine assembly will be undergoing a transformation during 2025 which will expose them to lean principles and techniques. This is an invaluable opportunity to be in a dynamic area with regular report outs and visibility to senior leadership. Manufacturing Engineer will be coached and given autonomy to have a fulfilling role with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. High opportunity area for RCCA and process improvement.
