Lokal App in the United States is seeking a Lead Management Associate to source, qualify, and nurture astrologer candidates for onboarding. You will identify potential astrologers via social media, portals, and inquiries, and guide them through the onboarding process.

You will coordinate with the quality teams, track progress in the CRM, and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions. A 1–3 year track record in lead generation and CRM usage, plus fluency in Marathi and English, is required.

• 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, Astrologers Onboarding and Retention, Supply Operations.
• Strong social media research and networking skills to source high-quality leads.
• Must be fluent in Marathi & English (Read, Write & Speak).
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Role Overview :
