Lokalise, a fully remote company, seeks a Senior HR Operations Lead to design and optimize the systems, processes, and ecosystem relationships that shape the employee experience across a distributed workforce.

You will own the HR operating model, partner with HRBPs, leverage people data for decisions, and manage EOR relationships for multi-country employment, reporting to the CHRO.

About the Role

Lokalise's People team is responsible for building and sustaining the high-performance, distributed workforce that our business depends on. Our HRBPs own talent strategy across their business areas. This role owns the operational infrastructure that makes that strategy real.

As Senior HR Operations Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and continuously improving the systems, processes, and ecosystem relationships that determine the quality of the employee experience and, ultimately, the performance of our people. This role reports to the CHRO.

What You Will Do

• Build and own the HR operating model that enables Lokalise's talent strategy - designing the systems, processes, and experiences that drive a high-performance organization
• Design the HR experiences - onboarding, performance, development, exits - that continuously increase the quality of talent at Lokalise
• Turn people data into operational intelligence that gives HRBPs and business leaders what they need to make proactive, high-quality talent decisions
• Design and own the HR calendar as a deliberate series of interventions that drive performance, compensation, and development outcomes across the business
• Build and own the HR technology and vendor ecosystem - including EOR partnerships across multiple countries - to scale with Lokalise's growth
• Integrate compliance across a distributed, multi-country workforce in a way that creates no friction for the business

What You Must Have

• Experience operating as a senior individual contributor with full ownership of an HR operations domain
• Experience partnering with a mature HRBP and stakeholder ecosystem
• Experience making HR operational decisions based on business impact and commercial context
• Experience using people data to inform decisions and operational solutions design
• Demonstrated passion for building business first HR infrastructure - not simply maintaining existing processes or policy policing
• Experience in HR operations at senior level in a distributed technology or SaaS environment
• Experience managing EOR relationships and multi-country employment complexity
• Experience owning vendor relationships across HRIS, payroll, and benefits
