Job summary

Radiology Forward is seeking a Lead Mammography Technologist in New Jersey to lead mammography operations, ensure quality and safety, and support cross-site training. The role emphasizes MQSA/ACR compliance, image quality, and collaborative workflow improvements.

The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus or student loan payment plan, with travel to RadNet sites for training and support. A leadership mindset and patient-centered approach are essential.

Qualifications

• ARRT(R) (M) certification.
• State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology.
• Must have BLS certification.
• Familiarity with RIS, imaging equipment and PACS.

Responsibilities

• Operate mammographic equipment in accordance with policies.
• Travel to RadNet sites within the practice subsidiary to assess training needs.
• Ensure MQSA and ACR requirements, quality assurance, image quality and QC are met.
• Provide routine and ad hoc Technologist feedback and reviews.
• Support radiologists with image reviews and peer review processes.
• Collaborate to develop efficiency standards for imaging centers.
