Qualifications

• Certificate/Degree from an Accredited Radiograph Program.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical radiography experience; biennial completion of minimum required CE credits to maintain required certification/accreditation
• Licensed by NJDEPE and credentialed in radiograph and mammography by the ARRT; Current ARRT Radiology Tech License; Current NJ-RADTECH license; CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Directs daily activities within the department.
• Facilitates employee orientation and training.
• Performs area specific QA/QC procedures.
• Performs radiographic procedures in accordance with the ALARA concept.
• Assists physicians with radiographic procedures.
• Performs various operations using radiographic and associated equipment.
• Assures maintenance of all radiographic and associated equipment.
