Job summary

Cooper University Health Care in Voorhees Township, NJ, is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT scans following radiologist protocols and operate the CT scanner during IR procedures in the CT department.

The candidate will maintain the workspace, report maintenance issues, monitor supplies, and adhere to infection prevention policies with appropriate PPE; ARRT and NJ-RADTECH licensure required, BLS, CT certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA Approved Radiologic Technologist Program.
• Enrollment in or graduation from a qualified Computed Tomography program preferred.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Current ARRT License.
• Current NJ-RADTECH License.
• ARRT Board Certified in Computed Tomography preferred (within 12 months of employment).

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scan procedures following radiologist-directed protocols.
• Operate the CT scanner during IR procedures in the CT department.
• Maintain work area by reporting maintenance issues and monitoring supplies.
• Adhere to infection prevention policies and use appropriate PPE.
