Job summary

Memorial Medical Center Las Cruces is seeking a Lead Mammography Technologist to join our radiology team in Las Cruces, NM. You will oversee mammography imaging, mentor staff, and uphold high-quality patient care standards.

The ideal candidate holds ARRT mammography certification, NM mammography licensure, and a strong commitment to patient safety and education within a busy hospital environment.

How You'll Contribute

• Performs technical functions with accuracy, based on assignment, licensure and competency.
• Evaluates studies and performance for technical quality.
• Responsible for appropriate record keeping, procedure formulation and documentation.
• Recommends performance evaluations on imaging services team members
• Participates in performance improvement place and employee counselings
• Recruits, interviews and hires for any vacant positions within area of responsibility
• Assists with procurement and storage of supplies
• Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth

What We're Looking For

Applicants should have an associate or bachelor's degree in radiologic sciences. Additional requirements include:
