You must maintain MQSA/ACR compliance, coordinate staff and schedules, and operate RIS systems with patient-focused care. Rotation includes weekends/holidays with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Certified in general radiologic technology by ARRT (R).
• Advanced ARRT certification may be required for CT/MRI/Mammography duties.
• Completion of a 24-month post-high school radiologic technology program accredited by JRCERT.
• English language proficiency and valid driver's license are required.
• U.S. citizenship as per VA policy; non-citizens only if recruitment is not possible.

Responsabilités

• Lead Mammography Technologist in the facility or mobile unit.
• Operate independently for mammography exams and coordinate workload.
• Maintain mammography QA per MQSA/ACR/VHA directives and assist with accreditation.
• Schedule exams and manage the RIS system; ensure patient safety and education.
• Develop reports and credentialing data for leadership; ensure proper room readiness.
