Day Kimball Health is seeking a Lead Mammographer to oversee daily operations of mammography and DEXA services, support and develop staff, ensure quality and regulatory standards, and uphold exceptional patient care across locations.

The role requires Mammography Certification, a supervisory background, and CT/state licensing with MQSA compliance. This is a 40-hour, first-shift position with a non-exempt status and competitive benefits. Join a community-focused health system.

Qualifications

• Minimum two to three years supervisory experience in radiology/mammography settings.
• Mammography Certification required; ARRT and MQSA compliance knowledge.
• Current Connecticut license or eligibility; CEU maintenance per MQSA.

Responsabilités

• Generate and oversee staff schedules to ensure patient flow and productivity.
• Oversee Mammography, Dexa, Stereotactic room operations and satellite site staffing.
• Ensure safety regulations (OSHA) and regulatory compliance across locations.
