The role requires extensive makeup artistry experience, strong product knowledge, and a flair for customer service and sales. Weekend availability and ongoing training are expected as part of professional development in a well-regarded beauty brand.

Qualifications

• A qualification in Make-up Artistry or extensive professional experience.
• Four or more years as a professional Make-up Artist with a strong portfolio.
• Proven expertise in a variety of makeup styles and techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of cosmetic products, ingredients, and brands.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional make-up applications for various occasions, including events and photoshoots.
• Conduct personalized beauty consultations addressing client needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on skincare, foundation matching, colour selection, and techniques.
• Stay up-to-date with latest trends, products, and application methods.
• Educate clients on product usage to maximise results.
• Maintain a clean, organized makeup counter and working area.
• Promote and sell cosmetic products, meeting sales targets.
