You will conduct makeup applications, recommend products, book appointments, and help build loyalty through rewards programs.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service, beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare.
• Strong communication, customer connection, organization, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns, contribute to a positive team environment, and work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing and moving for 6-8 hours per shift and lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products aligned with customers' beauty goals.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, text, and social media.
• Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services.
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness, stay current on trends and products, and process sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Build customer loyalty and open rewards program accounts.
