Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal laws, regulations, and financial requirements like FHWA federal aid programs.
• Experience monitoring project financials, reviewing cost documentation, and ensuring compliance.
• Experience in financial reporting to analyze, forecast, and assess risks.
• Experience serving as a strategic partner to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial management for major transportation projects $100M+ and ensure compliance with FHWA and state requirements.
• Provide leadership, technical guidance, and coordination to project staff on financial matters.
• Monitor and manage financial responsibilities, including partnerships and revenue agreements.
