Job summary

Inspire Brands seeks an Incident & Problem Management Analyst to lead Major Incident Management, Incident Command during outages, and Problem Management with RCA and prevention efforts. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, engage vendors, and communicate effectively to executives during incidents.

You will also help mature ITSM practices, monitor service health, and drive continuous improvements across critical enterprise platforms and APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience defining, implementing, and improving ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Major Incident Management activities for enterprise technology services.
• Serve as Incident Commander during high-priority incidents and coordinate technical bridge calls.
• Drive RCA efforts and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Education
