Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and valid driver's license.
• Minimum 5 years of experience repairing diesel trucks or heavy equipment.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, hydraulic schematics and technical manuals.
• Experience with diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical diagnostics and drivetrains.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership, direction, and technical support to maintenance technicians.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and repair priorities.
• Diagnose and repair diesel trucks, heavy equipment, forklifts, trailers, and production equipment.
• Train, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians.
• Maintain accurate work orders and maintenance records.
