Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams.
• Strong troubleshooting across trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Wostership with coordination and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial maintenance repairs.
• Lead and assist maintenance technicians in the field.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and general maintenance issues.
• Complete apartment turnovers and property inspections.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Coordinator on daily work orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Participate in the on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergencies.
• Assist with seasonal work. Snow removal, landscaping, fall cleanup.
