The Enterprise brand at Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Maintenance Technician. This role involves managing workflow in the Service Center and performing minor vehicle maintenance services across various manufacturer lines according to specifications.

This position is located at our Service Center, 25080 Lakeland Blvd., Euclid, OH 44132.

The pay starts at $22/hour with a minimum of 2 ASE certifications. Additional earnings of $1/hour are possible for ASE certifications beyond the minimum. The position is hourly, not flat rate, so you are paid for all hours worked.

Schedule:

• Sunday: OFF
• Monday: OFF
• Tuesday-Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Saturday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Distribute work to qualified staff and ensure efficient vehicle repair workflow
• Assist with training and review of maintenance technicians
• Perform preventive maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations)
• Conduct light maintenance and non-warranty repairs
• Replace wearable parts (bulbs, wipers)
• Document repair history accurately
• Ensure vehicle safety and reliability after services
• Follow health, safety, and environmental standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Seek continuous improvement through training and goal setting
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience on current model vehicles
• Minimum 2 valid ASE certifications (A1-A8)
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 violations or at-fault accidents in 3 years
• No recent drug or alcohol-related driving convictions
• Understanding of warranty procedures for GM, Ford, Toyota, Chrysler is a plus
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Pre-employment drug test and ongoing random testing
• Minimum age of 18 and high school diploma or G.E.D.
