Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience with a leadership role.
• Experience with hydraulics, controls, electrical, mechanical, welding, PLCs, and pneumatics.
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance-related problems from diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities for assigned shift, directing PMs and work orders.
• Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance systems for all production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and fix equipment to maintain production lines.
• Maintain logs and records and ensure GMP compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-departmental staff to maximize production efficiency.
