Mark-Taylor, Inc. is seeking a Lead Service Technician for Melody on Main in Mesa, AZ. You will lead maintenance tasks across apartments, perform repairs, and ensure high-quality service that keeps communities running smoothly.

The role requires strong trade skills, certifications, and the ability to mentor junior technicians while maintaining safety and compliance standards throughout property operations.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in Plumbing, Electrical, Pool Maintenance, HVAC, Carpentry, Landscape Maintenance, Appliances, and OSHA-related standards.
• One or more industry certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, or similar).
• Service orientation and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues.
• Perform daily pool care and ensure chemical balance and safety.
