Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production by repairing and improving machinery. You will work with injection molding and automation equipment, reading schematics, and applying electrical and mechanical expertise to install, modify, and repair systems.

The role requires hands-on experience with 480V controls, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and a strong track record of reliability and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in machine repair of plastic injection systems and automation systems.
• Knowledge of 480/volt motor controls and AC drive troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Welding and machining experience.
• Excellent attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to production teams to solve manufacturing challenges.
• Use drawings/blueprints, schematics, service manuals, and manufacturer specifications to install, modify, enhance, and repair machines and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment including Injection Molding Machines, Automation equipment, Conveyors, and other systems.
• Continually expand technical knowledge and communicate updates clearly.
