Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance supervisor experience.
• 3+ years maintenance experience including light plumbing and electrical.
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic tools required, to include personal smartphone technology.

Responsibilities

The Lead Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring prompt customer service to all maintenance repair requests and preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident move-ins through direct supervision. You will assure that the property meets all Cohen-Esrey standards for safety and appearance. You will keep track of inventory, partner with management on priorities and budget. The Lead Maintenance Technician is an essential team member for Cohen-Esrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents.This position is based in Cedar Rapids, IA, and may require occasional overtime or weekend work to meet maintenance deadlines.

Qualifications

Compensation*

$28-$32
*Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
