Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and lead maintenance and repair of production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and support preventive/predictive maintenance activities.
• Manage spare parts inventory and assist maintenance budgeting.
• Train and develop maintenance team members; provide day-to-day leadership.
• Promote safety culture and ensure safe maintenance practices.
• Read electrical schematics and technical documentation; work with other departments.
